DC Line – DC voltage discharge
The DC Line ionizing units
provide positive and negative ions at the same time and in a constant manner.
Thanks to the direct coupling out of the ions, the ionizing system can provide
high discharge performance. This makes it possible to neutralize electrostatic
surface charges with a high field intensity or for use in high-speed processes.
The high performance gives you a lot of space for sizing and installation in practice:
- The installation distance of the ionizing unit from charged surfaces can be up to 100 mm.
- In its optimum working distance of 40 mm, it can neutralize very high electrostatic charges.
- Trajectory speeds of up to 400 m/min are possible.
